Product Description

HypoMax - SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE 12.5%

SOFT WASH CLEANING POWER

HypoMax is a high-strength sodium hypochlorite solution formulated for soft washing and exterior cleaning applications. Designed to safely and effectively remove organic staining caused by mold, mildew, algae, moss, and bacteria without the use of high pressure that can damage surfaces.

This product penetrates porous surfaces to break down organic growth at the root. Do NOT mix with acids, ammonia, or other cleaners.

Dilution Ratios 

  • Heavy Growth, 1:1 (approx 5-6% solution)
  • Medium Growth, 1:2 to 1:3 (approx 2-4% solution)
  • Light Growth, 1:4 to 1:5 (approx 1-2% solution)
  • Sanitizing, 1:6 to 1:8 (approx 0.75 -1% solution)

Instructions for Use

  1. Dilute as required based on the surface type and staining severity. Apply using low-pressure soft wash equipment.
  2. Allow the solution to dwell on the surface for 5-15 minutes; do not allow it to dry. Use ProCling to increase dwell time on high-pitched roofs and cleaning effectiveness.
  3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Always pre-wet the surrounding vegetation and rinse after use.
