CLEANING, RESTORATION, & PREP

Efflorescence and calcium deposits compromise adhesion and surface performance on concrete and masonry. This professional-grade efflorescence and calcium remover chemically dissolves mineral buildup and cement residue, cleaning concrete, block, and brick.

At higher concentrations, it etches concrete for proper coating preparation, while diluted ratios provide effective general cleaning for mortar, mud, and job-site stains.

IMPORTANT: Always add acid to water, NOT water to acid

Recommended Dilution Ratios – ALWAYS test the ratio prior to application

  • Thick Calcium Stains or Concrete Prep, 1:1 to 4:1
  • Medium Calcium Stains, 4:1 to 8:1
  • Light Calcium, 8:1 to 12:1
  • Powdery Efflorescence, 12:1

 Instructions for Use

  1. Dilute the product with water based on the severity of the buildup. Pre-wet the target area, surrounding surfaces, and vegetation. Do not allow the product to come into contact with aluminum or other metals.
  2. Apply evenly to the surface using a low-pressure sprayer or brush.
  3. Allow the product to dwell for 1-15 minutes to dissolve deposits.
  4. Scrub with a stiff brush as needed. Do not let it dry on the surface.
  5. Rinse thoroughly with water under moderate pressure.
  6. Repeat application if necessary for heavy deposits.
